Elba was fearful and shy when pulled from the shelter. She had not been well taken care of so she needs time to build her confidence. She feels most comfortable in her crate and is happy to quietly hang out there. She also loves to be on your lap and cuddle at night. Is good with other dogs and may make a great companion for another dog as she has tried to get the foster's great big lab to play with her. She'd benefit from basic manners to help build her confidence. She needs a loving and patient family to help her become the best dog she can be.
